We do have a showroom located in Sydney, however, it is by appointment only. To book in a time to visit, please use this link and book in a time.
Please note that all bookings are tentative until confirmed by our staff. We do not accept the public - only trade customers.
The Brand Ventures office is open from Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Orders
Pricing will only be available upon logging in to your account. Shipping quotes will be calculated once items have been added to your cart and you are ready to checkout.
If required, our team will be in contact with you. Please ensure to leave any order notes if required.
Our team will organise dispatch with our warehouse and advise you of tracking information.
Please note that if your item is out of stock or on pre-order, our team will be in contact with you to discuss shipping times.
If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible or send through an email request.
Our team will then amend this for you. If the order has been paid for, our accounts team will issue you with a credit note.
If the order has been dispatched, there may be return charges from the courier in which we will need to withhold from the credit note.
Please login to your registered Brand Ventures trade account to check accurate stock availability for all listed products.
Each item will state the quantity as either In stock or Out of Stock. Pre-order items will be listed with dates of when the stock is due to arrive with ETA date visible near the purchase button.
Shipping & Delivery
Brand Ventures offers delivery Australia-wide via third party delivery partners. Where applicable, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours from receipt of payment.
All delivery charges can be calculated in the shopping cart. The shipping cost is primarily shown in the cart, and then calculated again in the checkout after you enter your delivery address.
All deliveries are performed on weekdays during normal business hours only.

Yes. Please reach out to our team if you're interested in using our datafeeds to list our products on your online store.
We can offer samples on some ranges, however, this will depend on the product. If you require any samples, please email us at admin@brventures.com.au specifying which product you're after & we'll see what we can do for you.
